Government Council | Administrator | Finance | Utilities | Police | Fire  Council Meeting Minutes   Town Administrator   The Town of Prosperity provides many services to its citizens and businesses.  Under the Town’s Administration there are four major departments: Finance, Police, Utilities, and Recreation   Currently, our major project is the renovation of the old Prosperity Elementary School for use as the new Town Center.  This center will house offices for administration, finance, police, and recreation.  There will be public spaces included in our vision: library, computer room and public auditorium once completed.  We welcome your ideas and donations toward this large undertaking.   Our goal is to make the Prosperity “Experience” one to remember.  We take great pride in our Town and hope that if you live or work here you will take great pride in Prosperity also.  If you have never “Experienced Prosperity” plan a trip we would love to meet you!   For questions or concerns please contact the department head or:   Andrea F.
